Sony NV-U50T Map Problem

Hello i have got a Sony NV-U50T and it completely crashed and i had to repload the satnav from the CD. Now everytime i turn the unit on it ask me to select a map and when i do it says, cannot open the map please select another. I would reload the map but it never came withthe map on CD and was wondering if anybody could help get it working?

Tim m8 you should have backed up the map when you first pluged the Sony into your PC. There should have been a warning the moment you opened the box as the CD has no maps on it. The file size is to large for me to post to you, so if you contact Sony they may oblige other than that Argos did sell the Europe maps on CD for about £49 but that was some time ago.

Tell me about it was going to but i thought i would get away without doing it for a while but obviously not, i have sent sony customer service an email but had no response and i am looking for another source for the map.

I am willing to send a self addressed envelope and cdr/dvdr if anybody is willing to put it on the disc and return it.
