Tomtom home -log in problems with BT Routers

If you have been having trouble with TOMTOM home in the UK and using a BT Voyager Router them try this :-

Go into the BT Voyager Configuration Manager (http://voyager.home/main.html)
Click advanced - then local network - you will then need your username & password this will be set to admin for both unless you have set your own.
Check the local network configuration - check the MTU is set at the default setting of 1500. if so leave alone
Click internet - This shows the internet configuration on this page you will see MTU setting this also wants to be set at 1500 - ( MINE WAS 1400)
Press edit on this page leave all other settings as was just change the MTU to 1500 default once done you will need to re-boot the router.
Then bingo you should be able to connect to the tom tom server i hope.

I have been trying to log on for 2 months and been onto tomtom and my ISP who were all unhelpful. However I found this on another forum -good luck it worked for me!!!!
