Navman problems since I installed a mobile phone carkit ?

Hum.... not sure what's going on here but I have noticed my Navman 3450 loses its signal now. It's worked flawlessly for months....

I then noticed my problems started when I installed a carkit for my cell phone in the car.

Not sure if it's the new external cell antenna (located at the back of the car) or the microphone wire routed on the inside pillar to my sun visor, a few inches away from my Navman - suction cup mounted on the left side of my windshield.

I noticed if I touch the Navman antenna when it's stuck, it gets going OK...

As anyone ever experienced this ?
