TomTom6 On Loox C550

Hi,

I have just received my new FS Pocket Loox C550, I have paired my globalsat bt338 & installed TomTom6.

When I go to configure the gps receiver I only have the options for TomTom wired & other cable receivers. I have no options for "other bluetooth receiver" or the TomTom bluetooth gps for that matter,

The outgoing port the gps is using is set to 6, I tried using the other NMEA option but I do not even have com 6 listed.

Any help would be much appreciated

Richard can you confirm the version number and build of the software you have installed to the device, tap the sat strength meter then the Version box, on the green screen will be App version 6,020 (7910) or something similar to this - Mike

Hi Mike,

I am currently using version 6.010, I had this verion installed on my company QTEK 9100 without any problems, I cannot figure out why I only have 2 options in the gps confiure screen,
