Hi and welcome.

As this is a forum all discuss should stay within the forum.

Posting your e-mail address on forums also increases you chances of receiving spam.

Finally what problems do you have?

If you are downloading all the POIs in one go you'll have problems. Try downloading 20 at a time.

I suspect that loading all the POIs from this site onto you TomTom will cause problems as some have limits on the number of categories they can work with.

When does it lock up? When you hit download?

Have you tried the Show Link option?

If i select 2 categorys it says error i am using the show link option i think i may have sorted it,some of them that i am selecting are faulting it i think i.e i can't download Accommodation {2007-08-29 : 2321} at all so if i select that with another one then it faults i.e i have to keep selecting stuff then going back so i will have to do them one by one if you get me

It's a question of how many sub-categories you include in the main category.

With Accommodation do 2 downloads, each with 20 subcategories, and then merge the 2 ov2 files with POIEdit or POIConverter.

With Food and Drink, you might need to do 3 or 4 downloads, and then join them.

But do you need all those sub-categories? Shocked

But you won't be able to use them all, because the Device has a limit on how many it can handle. Wink

With V6 this is 100 categories.

In it's simplest form, you can only have 100 OV2 Files in the Map Folder.

If you have 986 of them, then the Device will just ignore 886 of them. Shocked

They have to be combined, to reduce the count of OV2 Files, or the number has to be reduced by selective deleting.
