North America Maps

I purchased the N America maps from TomTom but I was unable to load on to my works computer as we are not allowed to load TomTom Home. Can I get the maps in a zip format.TT said they should be available in the US but not here. any help please?

I'm not sure which maps you are referring to, however, TomTom 5.21 Western Region which I purchased a few weeks ago came in a Zip file.
So I'm guessing, that any other maps would also be zipped as well, but for a definitive answer you would need to ask TomTom themselves.

Here is in the UK, TT where not that helpfull, well they did give me a refund. where did you purchase yours from?

I purchased my maps from the TomTom site here in the UK. Went onto the site selected my maps and downloaded them.
