only used ttn6 occasionly on mio168 battery power, but would expect backlight to stay on because ttn6 is moving and working continously, backlight setting is for when unit "not being used", so would think operating correctly, just my opinion! |

further to my earlier query of new maps on Mio 168 v5 tomtom.
After speaking to tomtom they let me download the right maps for v5. Works fine but they said copy the 'gb.cfg' from the old maps to the new UK map folder and rename to transfer all my old favorites and POI's.
This only partially works - got the POIs but without the warning sounds and no favorites.
Does anyone know the correct procedure. Thanks. |

If you do a Search for Favourites there are a number of Posts on the subject.

I have steered away from TT6 as it may be too much for my RX3715. I just wanted up to date maps.
Is there any way I can check?

Dude.... I have TT6 on a RX3715 and it works absolutely fine, and starts up a lot quicker than TT5. The device is a gem - works better than some newer devices I have |
