problems with switching off bluetooth on IPAQ after using TT

Anyone have any similar problems in switching off bluetooth after using TOMTOM on their ipaq 1940?

basically when I go to switch off bluetooth, the IPAQ automatically goes to the 'bluetooth console' and searches for another bluetooth acessory. It then finds one - or doesn't - then sits dormant for a second or two, then goes back to the search again..... it then carries on the cycle of search and display, search and display.

It's almost impossible to break the cycle???

Have done a 'factory reset' but it hasn't helped.

Is there a setting I've overlooked?

try the registry hack that is mentioned in the TomTom forum (it's one of the sticky notes) - that may help
