Tomtom 6 Question

I have a Axim x51v and interested in buying TT6. Before I spend my hard earned cash I have read of “no map problem” problems when a CF and SD cards are installed in the PDA. I understand TT6 looks at the CF card first for the maps, thus if the maps are on a SD card you get the problem. I have my programs on a 512 MB CF card and I have a spare 2 GB SD card hence my concern.

It there a fix for this issues? …Thanks

I have both CF and SD cards installed on my X51. My TomTom (6) maps are on the SD card (as are CoPilotmaps).

I have never had any problems with the programme finding the maps
