Best Software for PDA Sat Nav

I have a medion pna250 and dont really like the medion navigator software that came with it, simply because of its inability to do a full postcode search AND because it doesnt appear to have a map for the USA (which i tend to travel to quite a bit).

I have tried Tomtom Navigator 6 but have noticed that on the medion it jumps about a lot when approaching junctions.

Am looking for some sat nav software which has a full Uk postcode search facility as well as support for the USA (And doesnt jump, like the tomtom).

Unless someone knows how to stop the software jumping on tomtom (Medion pna250)
