HTTP connection error

Hi - I have a Mio c510E. Not had it long.

Just tried to do a "synchronise" to update, and after a long pause was told there was an error, as in the title.

Then tried to use MioMap v3 updater - it downloaded a zip fil, but then gave the same error.

Ive used both of these processes successfully before.

I haven't a clue what the error means - can anyone help please.

This is a common problem.
If you disconnect the USB, reboot both the PC and the Mio and try again it will usually work.
