medion mdpna100 navigator 4 freezing

Hi everybody.
I've just got myself a Medion MDPNA100 sat nav unit with Medion-Navigator 4 software. I've managed to install it ok and have had a little play with the program, but after a couple of goes it stops loading and the only way to get it running again is to reset and reinstall the software.

Has anybody else had a similar problem to this and if so can you help me sort it out?
