Does anyone know if the suckered FM wire is the same/similar for the T1 and the icn 550 TCM?
Its just I'm looking for PSN with TC so thought the icn550 looked good, not sure if the wires are a problem.
I preferred the look of the T1, but surely this has an add on aerial wire just like the icn550, So a 550 might be better (and cheaper) than a icn530+T1
An alternative (external?) aerial might be better (from reading the threads) and easier to mount/dismantle each time? |

The two aerials have different connectors. The 550 module uses a 2.5mm jackplug and the T1 uses a mMCX one. Neither of them offer startling performance; I'd recommend the external antenna... _________________ Tim |

As T1 uses MMCX, can I use my external GPS antenna on T1 for better reception... any idea? |

No, unfortunately not, as they receive different frequencies. _________________ Tim |
