Tomtom Nav 6 compatible with PGPSW camera database?

I'd like to upgrade my MIO A701 (WinMobile 5) + Tomtom Nav 5 + PGPSW camera database setup to Tomtom Nav 6. Can anyone confirm that Nav 6 works fine with the PGPSW camera database? And generally, is the upgrade worth it?

The PGPSW database works fine with TT V6 especially if you use The .OGG Sound files for the announcements.
