Speed camera database on 310D

I currently have the Garmin speed camera database on my Nuvi. Is there any way of getting rid of it/uninstalling it, so I can install the PGPSW speed camera database instead?

Although there is a way of deleting the actual files, the easiest way is to go to Settings / Proximity Alerts / Change you can deselect the Garmin Safety Database which will stop it alerting you.
