Unfortunately no. As far as I know noone provides HGV routing options.
Have a look in teh HGV Luounge forum, theres a POI file of low bridges avalible. It won't route around them but at least it will warn you that one is close by.

there arent any HGV route setting for the ICN520...I use a ICN520 in my truck...the best you can do is move the sliders on the setting to use motorways/main roads more & just watch where it is trying to send you, I have the low bridges & speed cameras on it as well.
