My HP iPAQ h1940 has this blue LED that comes on and then flashes underneath the on/off button (it also flashes orange when charging) when Bluetooth is activated. This is all very well when using the PDA in other situations but when in the car I look like one of those Nova-driving plonkers that have blue LED's stuck everywhere. Does anyone know how this can be turned off and leave Bluetooth activated? It must be software driver since Bluetooth is started from within WM2003.

Don't know if this is the right forum for this question but couldn't see one specifically for iPAQ's.

Cheers

I'm afraid it can't. Bluetooth lights are a real pain, and although they look cool and hip for 30 seconds when you first start to use them, driving at night lights up the car. You should see all the flashing LED's I have in-car now from devices like this, it is a pain, best way to resolve it is to stick some black electrical tape over the lights. Not ideal, but it works.
