Time wont save when I switch off my TomTom go 910

Hi there,new member here.

I have recently got a TomTom910 and when I set the time on it, Everytime I switch it off, It never saves it,(when i switch it on,its the same time as when I have shut it off)

I thought it might be the internal battery,but when I save other settings like POIsMap Colours etc, these are all alright?

I went to the TomTom website,and it gave me a program to clear the flash memory on it, I done this, and it still isnt working?

I figured if I was going to get any answers, I may as well come to the right place(here,not tomtom)

I would be greatful for any info guys.
