Geko 201 No Signal Under Trees - Suggest Replacement?

Hi,

I've got a Geko 201, had it for a while now. The only thing I don't like is that it seems to lose reception really easily under trees, not even in a dense forest usually. Thing is, I use it for walking, so that's not much use to me. When I first got it I put up with it, but I now have a TomTom One for in the car and it gets perfect reception in the house.

I'd like a handheld GPS unit like the Geko but with the reception of my TT1, any ideas/suggestions?

You could have a look at the new Outdoor Garmins that use SiRF III chipset because they get a better reception. You can get City Navigator for some of the outdoor units and use them in the car too.
