Garmin 2720 and GTM12

Hi.

Sorry if this is in another thread, but I couldn't find it.

My problem is that I can see all the green signal bars for the GTM12 signal on the 2720, but I can't get any traffic info. Has anyone experienced a similar problem with a 2720 and GTM12.

I'm using a US imported 2720 with the latest European maps and firmware loaded with a recently purchased a GTM12 with the RAC Live subscription.

I tried the GTM12 with my wifes new Nuvi 300 and it works fine. Does anyone have any ideas why the GTM12 won't work with my 2720?

I've emailed Garmin, but I've not had a reply
