Help....My iCN750 cant see the speedcam database

Ant help appreciated here.....

I purchased my iCN750 around a week ago and can't download the POI's so that they work. when I manage the POI's on the device it tells me that there are no customer POI's on the machine, yet I can set the alerts for them and transfer them OK.... any ideas?

Does the POIEditor actually tell you that the files have been transferred?

Thanks Tim,

The POI editor does say that it transferred successfully on each occaision I tried to do it.

Also when I go to set up alerts on the POI's the Speedcam and Gatso files I created there show and the alerts can be adjusted.

But the when I go to manage the POI's it just says that there are no customer POI's on the machine......

Haven't been able to get a sensible response out of Navman Tech support so have sent the 750 back as faulty... hopefully the next one will work ok
