Problem installing TT Navigator 5 maps on my new Ipaq hw6965

I have just bought a new Ipaq 6965 in Singapore to replace my Ipaq 3950. I have now installed my TT Navigator 5. When I start the programme it says "No maps found. To download one free city map connect your Ipaq to your PC via active sync." When I tap the screen to start downloading the map nothing happens. TomTom helpdisk informs that I have to use the programme "Map and wiever" to download the free map, however, I do not have that programme installed. TomTom in their answer to me thinks that the Ipaq is 6915 and not 6965. I do not know if that makes a difference. Can anyone tell me where to get the programme "Map and wiever" from or other ways to install the maps.
