Hello, i just need a bit of help ive downloaded poi's to my navman with no problem, what i need to know is do i just keep adding update's to the memory card, or do i have to delete the complete data base & re install the new one each month.

The updates should have the same file name and will therefore overwrite the old ones when loaded, so no need delete any.
