How do i Add on 'add-ons'?

Being new to this game, i wqnt to add the free camera file available from elsewhere on this site.
Question is .. how do i do it?

The Axim is connected to the PC via Activesync cable

Can someone give me a press this, push that, type of help?

Thanks.

Also would this apply to downloading a .exe file ofan Airline timetable to the Axim?

Hi there,

Once the ActiveSync connection is up, "explore" your PocketPC from that and find the directory where you installed TomTom. Then copy (drag and drop) the two files for your overlay (the camera file and the icon file) into that directory.

As for the exe - try executing it on the desktop. It may be an installer that does the work for you. If it complains then it really is a Pocket PC exe, and you can copy it over the same way as the overlay.

The .EXE format is different on the Pocket PC than it is on the PC. They are using different processors, and most programs can only run on the processor they were compiled for.
