Traffic light camera ??????

Hi Can anyone tell me when or if I will get my free membership to the camera database as I reported a traffic light camera a couple of weeks ago ,I actually reported it twice the second time with the street names & post code incase my coordinates were incorrect (they obviously weren't though).The coordinates are Centre Latitude: 53.41182 Longitude: -2.84253 This camera has been in existence for about 4 years but never reported until I took the time myself.It has suddenly now appeared on this site map but not the latest downloadable database.I have heard nothing & find it hard to believe someone else reported it before me as like I said before it's been there for about 4 years.
