Caanot open files-novice

Hi
I have downloaded a file called pgpsw-speed-cams- to my desktop but POIloader cannot open it and errors THERE ARE NO DATA FILES IN THAT DIRECTORY. Please specify a directory that has at least 1 csv file.
this is my first attempt at this and i didnt even know which of the camera files i should dload. i have a Garmin i3.
hope someone can help,
PS off on hols for a week so if I dont respond Im not being rude
