First of all I found that Ireland has been "moved" out of Western Europe, only county towns are listed not door to door as per the specification by Tom Tom, who have not replied to my e-mail to explain to me why this is Now I find that St.Malo, France is not even on the map and you cannot get a satellite signal until you leave the town limits, also you cannot get a signal on Jersey. What's going on?

I don't know whether this will be of use, but, I had problems acquiring satellites in the North of England. It used to take ages! I Emailed TomTom, they sent me the solution, You have to download the "European Satellites form the CD Rom that you got with your GO (using 'Home')

It worked a treat!
