CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE SOFTWEAR I NEED TO DOWNLOAD TO GET THE SPEED CAMERA DATA FOR NAVMAN ICN520?

You don't need any software, just the database in the correct format, which is Navman. The software required to put it onto your device is the POIEditor which is part of the Navman Desktop, supplied by Navman.
