Problem with Globalsat SD-502 not seating in slot properly

I use my Ipaq with both TTN5 and Memory Map on a SysOnChip CF Plus (as per my sig). I also have a 4GB CF microdrive I use for MP3 playback. Therefore, I can’t listen to music at the same time as using the GPS receiver. So, I have bought a GlobalSat SD-502 to run, obviously, in my SD slot, and keep my CF microdrive in the CF slot for music. However, and here’s the question, has anyone else found that the GlobalSat SD-502 ‘pops’ out of the SD slot – it doesn’t stay seated very well and vibrations in the car make it work its way loose very quickly and disconnect. Very disappointed in this, as the receiver itself works much better than the SysOnChip version and gets a lock on at least 7 satellites when cradled on the console by the gearstick. Do I stick with the SysOnChip and get a 2GB SD card to run MP3 from (although less tunes will fit).

Anyone else had this problem? Is this receiver faulty, or a design issue? If it is my Ipaq then I’ll change as CF slots are becoming rarer anyway – so if I upgrade will have to use the GlobalSat in an SD slot.
