Replacement for TT5 and Ipaq2210

Im looking to buy another Satnav system to replace the Ipaq and TT5.

Im looking for the usual features, but primarily:

Good re-draw rates on the 3d routing view so the screen isnt jerky,
A "Navigate to POI" feature so I can add my own POI's and navigate to them by entering their name etc
An "avoid part of route" facility so that after the route is planned I can, for example avoid the M8 which would force the routing to take me via back roads for the whole journey, rather than just avoiding a roadblock which would take me back to the M8 at the next junction.
And, finally, and probably most important is good, street level mapping of Northern Ireland, not bothered about Southern Ireland.
