Garmin GPSR database???

On the front page where it announces ' The PocketGPSWorld.com Safety Camera Database has just been updated' it makes a reference to 'The Garmin GPSR database has now been updated'.
Are these one and the same thing? If not, where can I find the Garmin database, what's on it and is it suitable for my Nuvi 360? Thanks.

There are two different versions. Older Garmins use a POI map overlay, newer ones like the i3, Quest 2 and Nuvi use the "POI Loader" version.
