Hi!
Tomtom do a major update of the software about once a year.. This year was V6.xx a few weeks ago.. we have buddies, 5 day weather, etc.
What would you like to see in the next version???
My wife has to visit 5 or 6 client companies in one day, in areas she doesn't know. She enters each one as a favourite, but there's no easy way to decide the optimim order to see them in. Criss crossing is ineffiecient obviously.
I would like it if you could put several favourites in the Itinerary, say, and ask the TomTom for the most optimum route to see them in the minimum time or mileage!
Any other ideas? You never know, TomTom may read this thread!

All the things we asked for in the last Wishlist!
The only thing I can think of that has been implemented is Navigate to Lat/Long. And I don't remember anyone asking for picture viewers or mp3 players! |

hi, yes "wishlist" would have been a better title for this thread!
Is the old wishlist still around? Any idea of its link?

How have you got Buddies on a GO500??
Or were you just talking in general?

Quite amazing to cosider, that both the desired features (optimise route and lat/lon) have been available in CoPilot for years. (I have no experience prior to v5).
That is not to say that TomTom doesn't have many features which I as a (mainly) CoPilot user wouldn't wish for, but, if CoPilot's routing and POI handling (in particular) were better, I think TomTom would have a major problem. |
