ive just bought a garmin streetpilot c550 it has the integraated tmc receiver, [well that antenna anyway] is there anything i need to do or subscribe to to use it i was of the understanding that it was all part of package bought in uk for uk thanks paul

No, everything you need should be in the box - the unit comes with a lifetime subscription to the UK traffic service by Trafficmaster.
