Another navman problem

Am trying to load software on to my Ipaq but keep getting "please go to control panel to install\and configure componenets" This is getting really frustrating, I really thought it would be almost plug and play but I am beginning to wish I'd never gone down this avenue.

First of all, which product are you using, Navman have a whole host of different products.

Also what part of the installation is asking you to do this, I don't recognise this on any of the products I have reviewed.

It occurs when trying to load iPAQ navigation software 1.2 initially.
