Interestingly if you accept the premise of Speed Cameras reducing casualties and improving safety on the roads then surely the SPECs cameras are the ones that should be used, especially in areas of high risk such as outside schools or in roadworks...

Totally agree.....

Very interesting that the move to a more covert camera strategy seems to have slowed down....... wonder how popular that will be?
