Weird Problem With i3 Software(Web Updater & POI Loader)

I finally got a Street Pilot i3 delivered today. I installed the USB drivers per the CD and received a sucessful confirmation message. I then downloaded and installed Web Updater (2.3.2) and POI Loader (2.4) from the Garmin site.

The problem I have is that when I try and run either of these, I get the initial welcome/wizard screen, but theres no "Next" button under the opening text which makes it a little difficult to get things going and actually do anything! I have screengrabs of what it's showing but I'm not sure how to post them here.

I've tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling without success. The actual connection seems to be OK because I've managed to update the firmware to v3.1 (from v.3 that came installed) by doing this manually rather than through Web Updater. The POI Loader also springs into action automatically when I connect the i3 to the cable so it's obviously recognising it, but again theres no "Next" box/button under the welcome text.

Does anyone know why this may be - it's driving me nuts!

- Garmin Streetpilot i3 - v3.1
- Maps (NT+ v8) on the separate SD Card
- Running on Windows XP Pro
