Tomtom go 500 / 300 / 700 and Nokia 6280

The 6280 is a popular new phone - BUT it isn't one of the models the tomtom 300 / 500 / 700 knows, so seemingly it can't be paired with the tomtom.

I found a workaround - and my 6280 works perfectly on my 500, for both phone calls and for traffic / weather notifications.

When pairing the phone, the tomtom didn't recognse it, and listed a series of phones for me to select from - the 6280 wasn't in the list, obviously.

I selected the Nokia 6230, as this has a similar OS, then selected the network (Voda in my case), selected contract, and it worked! This may help someone who is disappointed that their new phone won't officially pair with their tomtom.
