Cannot load poi

Hi can anyone help,
my friend has just purchased a new garmin i3 software v3.0 audio 2.5 but it won't let me install any poi i have on my pc that i use for my i3 it says card full.
any ideas ?

You need to load the POIs' to the card using a card reader/writer rather than while the card is in the unit attached by usb to the pc.

There is not enough room on the *unit* for more than about 21k POI's.

If you have the unit attached by usb with the card inserted POILoader will attempt to load to the unit, not the card. The USB driver sofware does not (at present) let you 'see' the card while inserted in the unit.

If you want to load safety cameras plus the POI's from MaFt's site (40k POI's) you'll have to remove the card from the unit, put the card into a writer and select this in POILoader (without the i3 attached obv).

There should be 60+Mb of room on the card, i.e. plenty.
