Does anyone have any idea how I can get a response from TomTom? My bluetooth receiver went faulty after 2 weeks so I contacted TomTom and they told me to send it to their support department (eventually!). They have now had it for 6 weeks and it's status (on their website) is stuck at "product received, awaiting further processing". I've sent endless emails to them but they have never responded. £250 for 2 weeks usage is not acceptable and TomTom's customer support seems to be the worst I have ever come across! Any (useful) help/suggestions would be appreciated!

Go back to TT web site, get email add of boss man and express your concerns.
Worked for me :D
Somewhere on this forum Dave has started thread re BT lifespans.

I think the BT problems of reliability were related to a power supply charger for one particular BT unit and it wasn't TT.

It depends how nasty you want to get. If they are ignoring your emails then I suppose you are entitled to get angry with them.
It also depends on how much you liked the TT hardware.
Send them a letter stating that in this country goods sold must be 'fit for purpose' and two weeks working before failing is not acceptable, therefore, unless they send you a completely new replacement unit then you'll have a total refund please.
Then just go and buy a different BT reciever.
