C 310 where to?

I have good sat sigs. When I press Where to? it originaly thought it was in the Isle of Man, now it asks for a state and sometimes a county. when attempting to spell or select a location it straight away goes to No matches found. when I select Map I get a minimal display with all the fine detail lost. As it stands I can't select a destination or navigate. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Grumpysailor.

I hear that a hard reset sorts similar issues out
