New GO/ONE/RIDER voltage same as old bluetooth gps unit/pda?

I'm looking for a few bits for the car.

I'm thinking of this,

can you tell me if this would be OK for the older bluetooth sirf2 chipset devices (5v) and for standard PDA charging.

I can currently use the same cable to charge PDA and gps unit.
