TTN5 With a Holox BT-321

I would suggest a couple of actions at this point, as you have tried to upgrade to the TTN vs5,21 (which you must do)

1/ Hard reset the device to clear any data you have loaded (this will wipe anything stored on the machine, so make sure nothing that is really needed isn't backed to the PC)

OR

2/ Uninstall TomTom via the Remove Programs option in Settings.

Once you have done this download the upgrade to TTN5,21 as indicated in the link by Mullet and install this over Active Sync, it is a full install and does not require the previous version to be loaded to work, any problems with missing voices etc we can sort out later.

Without TTN5,21 loaded to your device you are on a no win situation with the PDA phone you are using - Mike
