Nuvi 310 Standard Files

I'm sure I've seen somewhere on this site a post with a list of all the files that are found in the Garmin folder on all new Nuvi 310's and that shouldn't be deleted.

I think it was part of a thread discussing backing up and restoring data.

Typically I can't find it now I want it. I'm trying to see if it's OK to move/delete a 'gmapsupp.img' file, which I think is a file of all the maps I've added to the GPS from Mapsource.


Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
