Tom Tom Navigator 5 Prob with POI's not seeing the pictures

Can Anyone PLEASE HELP!!
I have rz1710 and upgraded from the Rubbish ViaMichelin software to Tom Tom Navigator 5.21. The problem i'm having is that the software is fine but the POI that i have downloaded from this and various other websites are only showing the first 20 or so catagories at the begining of the alphabet (i.e A..Abbey UK, Animalshelters etc).
Also the little bmp files that should show the icons for the POI's are only showing a red square and nothing else!! I have a 1GB memory card with all the POI's on it so memory for it shouldn't be a problem!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

Tony, Welcome to the forums, the TomTom software is limitted to 39 custom POI's if you have more than this then they simply will not display for you to set them up, the custom POI's are those you have loaded to the device.
Each POI must have two specific files the positional data is the file with the .ov2 file extension while the .bmp file is the picture data to display with the ov2. If the file is not a bmp of the file name is different in any slight way then TT will display red squares instead.
I suggest you have a look in your GB map folder on the memory card and see how many files there are with the .ov2 extension, if more than 39 work out which ones you really need and delete the others (or move them to a different folder on the SD card) - Mike
