c710 screen update frequency

Hi,
just would like to know if the c710 map (miomap) scrolls smoothly during driving and navigation (like tomtom) or in "steps" every second.

I really like the c710 feature set / performance and this is the last "unknown" thing.

Depends on the software. In Europe they use iGO which has smooth scrolling. In the US they use Destinator which hasn't.

This should not be a criterion though. Voice prompt quality is much more important.

The scrolling on my C710 (UK/Europe) is like silk! They have a demo on their web site
