Garmin nuvi 310 camera data download

I've followed instructions from Peter but I'm still in a muddle! I have a Garmin nuvi 310. I've got the garmin POI loader I've selected Garmin and then the camera selections. this is where I get lost.Do I select UKPOIloaderi3, nuvi etc or Uk Speed Zoned complete? I've tried both. I seem to go wrong once the database is downloaded because the POI loader says it can't detect any .csv files. could someone give me very specific, step by step instructions on how to move from the downloaded file to the installation via the loader? the data file is zipped I'm not sure how to go about un zipping and moving the data file.
Any help will be welcomed, especially by my wife who thinks I've blown £19. Thanks, Grumpysailor.

Are you using Windows XP?

If so, just find the downloaded file and double click on it. The top box in the left-hand column of the screen you are presented with is headed Folder Tasks. Beneath that it says Extract All Files - click there and the file will be unzipped into the same folder as the zip file.

If you're using Windows 98 you will have to download some software to unzip the file, such as Winzip. Use Google or another search engine to find and download the software. I'm not sure whether Windows ME and 2000 have a built-in unzip facility.

As I don't have a Nuvi I don't know which is the best file for you to dowload, but in your other thread Peter suggested the one with Nuvi in the title.
