Tom Tom 5 not starting

Hi
I have a copy of tom tom 5 on my ipaq 3715. All was well until i let my battery go flat. Now when i try to run tom tom it starts to install and gets to the choose a voice section where the program exits to the desktop. I can rember putting a copy of the current map.dat into the mydocuments folder with the original set up. I remember browsing this forum and finding a setup/help guide but i have searched with out any luck. Any ideas

You can always download the newest program version from TomTom and install it - this will restore all needed files.

Is this a legal "copy" of TomTom as I have never had a problem installing the software to any device (WM2005 aside in the early days) - Mike
