Let us know what the trouble is with your receiver - we aren't the official support desk but someone here may be able to help! Wink

thanks for the help .sometimes the cradle and the palm T3 dont seem to work together. I am using viamichelin software ,but this does not appear to be a problem as if it says I have no signal no other GPS software picks up a signal either( l loaded some just to check it out)
It is very stable when connected and never loses signal. However intermittently will not pick up the signal from the CR100 cradle when powered up Sometimes a reset cures this.If I meticulously shut down navigation at the end of a journey before removing from cradle, and open navigation before placing in cradle when I need it again It all seems to work ok however in the real world this does not happen every time. Any suggestions or is this normal .People generally seem happy with this device.
