BMW POIs for 2720

The BMW motorcycle website provides a database of all BMW motorcycle dealers that can be loaded onto the BMW Navigator - a Garmin Streetpilot 3. Does anyone know how I could convert the database in order to load into my 2720 as custom pois? Any assistance gratefully received!

I'll try again - the link only takes you to the Index page.

From the link page select Navigation & Communication from the Products options in the left column. Then select Downloads from the next menu. From the next select Software and finally select BMW Motorad Dealer database.

hmmm... appears to use it's own format of .RGN and it's own exe program to upload them... have had a look at the rgn file in notepad but there's no obvious structure to be able to convert to csv...

maybe ask bmw to make it available in other formats?

No joy from BMW who say that the "&") is not a BMW approved accessory an dthey will therefore not support it in any manner. Typical BMW and no surprises really. However, I did find a POI site called POI Handler

from which BMW dealer information for teh whole of Europe plus a whole lot more can be downloaded following payment of a small subscription.
