I've got an HP hx2490 Ipaq and I've just tried installing tom tom 5 now all the maps go on but the app it's self will not I've got a message that say's "Installation of Tom Tom Navigator (Bakonl).cab was unsuccessful " now I've got a 1GB card and I've put on the UK maps but still no matter what I do with this it doesn't work. Help!

With legitimate copies of TT 5 you normally buy and install the map together with the software (you can install additional maps which you purchase). I am having difficulty understanding why you have installed them seperately. Or have I misunderstood your post?

No sorry I have installed the uk map with the app it's when the PDA try's to open the cab it just spits it's dummy out

Just download an updated TomTom application from http://www.tomtom.com/support/support.php?ID=3&Language=1 select from the appropriate update file, Download, Install then it should work. You will have to put the voice's on manually and to allow full postcode you will have to do this manually to follow these instructions http://www.tomtom.com/support/category.php?ID=3&Language=1&FID=3237 hope this helps
